Warranties

Aluminum
-
We guarantee the
aluminum siding will not
peel or chip for ten
(10) years. If chipping
or peeling does occur,
we will repaint the
damaged area at no cost.

Guarantee is void if the
siding has been
previously painted or is
currently peeling, or
has been damaged after
painting by power
washing, landscaping or
other exterior forces.

Some paints by Sherwin
Williams and ICI Paints
offer a twenty year
warranty. However, our
warranty remains at ten
years. I would only
recommend these products
if you plan to remain at
your location for many
years.

Stucco
-
We warranty for three
years that the stucco
will not peel. If
peeling does occur, we
will repaint the damaged
areas at no cost.

The warranty is void if
the stucco has been
painted before, if
peeling is caused by
water damage or if some
other external force has
caused the peeling.

Wood
-
We warranty for 6 months
that the wood will not
peel or chip. If peeling
does occur, we will
repaint the damaged
areas at no cost.

Wood is a difficult
surface to warranty
because there are so
many variables (what
type of wood it is, what
types of coatings have
previously been applied,
if there is paint
failure now and how bad
is the failure, etc.).
Sometimes, the new coat
of paint may lift paint
edges that previously
were tight.

Other surfaces can be
warranted on a job by job
basis.
